Product information
Management of product data, portfolio changes, descriptions, prices, naming conventions, coding rules and information ownership.
Experience
Ten years as a PIM consultant allowed me to observe how very different industrial companies organise product knowledge.
Today I work inside one of those environments and extend that view toward automation systems, AI agents and governable workflows on real enterprise data. The challenge is no longer only to design a system, but to keep it reliable while products, organisations, requirements and automation layers continue to change.

Product Documentation Specialist
Today I work inside the technical organisation, where product information must remain coherent across engineering data, commercial documentation, manuals, translations and digital systems.
My work sits between product evolution and its representation. I collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Marketing and other functions to make sure that what changes in the product portfolio is correctly reflected in the information used across the organisation.
Management of product data, portfolio changes, descriptions, prices, naming conventions, coding rules and information ownership.
Catalogues and price lists connected to SAP, with multiple market configurations and multilingual publishing.
User manuals, repair manuals, spare-parts information and structured multilingual content designed for reuse.
Definition of responsibilities, workflows and rules connecting Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Service and information systems.
Automation logic connected to product information, documentation flows and enterprise systems.
2009 — 2019
PIM Integration Specialist / Consultant
For ten years I worked as a consultant helping industrial companies move from document-centred workflows to structured product information.
The projects were different in industry and scale, but the core work was remarkably consistent: understand the product, extract the implicit information model, formalise it and make it reusable across documents, languages and systems.
Understanding existing documents, systems, product structures and business requirements before designing the information model.
Definition of taxonomies, hierarchies, attributes, glossaries, naming conventions and semantic product structures.
Projects involving PIM, CMS, SAP, AS400, databases and structured publishing environments.
Transformation of structured information into catalogues, price lists, technical manuals, product sheets and web content.
Modular content, terminology management and translation-memory reuse for multilingual documentation.
On-the-job training and knowledge transfer to Marketing, Technical Documentation, IT and other internal teams.
Structuring information, files and execution context so that automation and AI agents can operate on reliable sources.
Consulting gave me an unusual advantage: I saw the same information problems appear in completely different industries, products, organisational structures and software environments.
What I bring with me
Working first across many organisations and then inside one complex industrial environment has shaped the way I approach product information, documentation and agentic automation today.
Variants, configurations, relationships, codes, attributes and technical dependencies are often more important than the page itself.
I can move from an information model to the final catalogue, manual or digital channel without treating them as separate worlds.
Engineering, IT, Marketing, Product Management, Service and documentation teams often describe the same product differently. My role is to make those perspectives converge.
The same discipline needed to govern product information is what makes AI agents, sandbox execution and enterprise automation reliable.
17 years later
Product knowledge must remain coherent while products, people, markets, languages, systems and AI-enabled workflows continuously evolve.
